During July 2020, aka the Summer of Covid, Christine and I decided to visit the famous Mackinac (pronounced Mackinaw) Island in Northern, Michigan. Christine was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan and spend the first six years of her live in Michigan, so was a mini-homecoming. After landing in Detroit, we spent one night the 'Little Bavaria" of Michigan, Frankenmuth. Then we headed to north including going over the Mackinac Bridge, so that we could say that have been to the Upper Peninsula / UP. Then we took the short ferry to Mackinac. What amazing time, check out our pictures!
What an amazing trip!
