Normally I like to know the specifics on your industry, however, I will tell you exactly what I do. When I am in a slump, I go back to the tactics of blocking and tackling and the strategies of Steven Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
Tactics: Review how many hours a week you are working; how many cold calls a day; how is your follow up; are you keeping up with your product and industry; are you pushing your comfort zones; do you understand how your solutions are solving your clients problems? Do the basics (blocking and tackling) and your numbers will start to turn around.

I keep the disc set of 7 Habits in my car and I listen to them at least once year or when I am in a funk to help me focus on what is truly important. Below is Covey’s graphic of his 7 Habits:
