Nolan Millett 2023 Graduation Camping Trip with Outdoor Steve!

 For my godson / cousin / NJM / Nolan's 2023 high school graduation, his Uncle Steve / Papa / my Dad / OutdoorSteve put together a camping trip up to Lake Francis State Park on the US / Canada Border.  In addition to Nolan and Steve, we had Ron [Nolan's Dad], Tim [my Brother], Dundee [Perkins Ponder], Paul [Dundee Son] and myself.

Papa, Nolan, and Ron saw a moose on the first night!

On Friday, June 23rd, we drove two SUVs, a car, and a van with three canoes and two kayaks up to Lake Francis State Park in Pittsburgh, NH.  Day one, set up camp, canoe / kayak on Lake Francis, then cooking dinner over an open fire.  Day two, breakfast over an open fire, then hike the US / Canadian Border to Fourth Connecticut Lake, then 'Buck Rub Pub'.  Day three canoe / kayak East Inlet lake / river, then back to camp.  On day four break camp, then stop at the Republic of Indian Stream before driving back.

Final note, Nolan graduated from Middleboro High School in 2023, his Mom Graduated from Middleboro High School in 1986, his dad graduated Middleboro High School in 1980, and his Uncle Steve graduated Middleboro High School in 1961! Go Sachems!
